Instructions for Binaural Beats

1. Launch the App
   Open the Binaural app on your device. You'll be greeted with a sleek interface showcasing different binaural tones.
2. Choose a Tone
   The app provides a selection of tones, each associated with a different brainwave state:
   • Delta: For deep sleep and relaxation.
   • Theta: For meditation and light sleep.
   • Alpha: For relaxation and calm alertness.
   • Beta: For active, analytical thought.
   • Gamma: For higher processing tasks and cognition.
   Simply tap on the tone you wish to listen to.
3. Headphones Alert
   For the best binaural experience, it's essential to use headphones. If you haven't connected headphones, the app will notify you. Plug in or connect your headphones to proceed.
4. Set a Timer (Optional)
   If you wish to listen to the binaural beats for a specific duration, tap on the "Set Timer ⏱️" button. Choose from the preset durations or customize as per your preference. The binaural tone will automatically stop once the timer runs out.
5. Play and Pause
   Once you've selected a tone, it will start playing automatically. If you wish to pause or stop the tone, simply tap on the same tone again.
6. Switching Tones
   To ensure the effectiveness of the binaural beats, only one tone can be active at a time. If you tap on a different tone, the currently playing tone will stop, and the new one will start.
7. Ending Your Session
   Once you're done with your listening session, you can tap on the active tone to stop playback. If you've set a timer, the tone will stop automatically once the timer runs out.
8. Safety and Precautions
   It's recommended not to use the app while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing tasks that require your full attention. If you're new to binaural beats, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the duration as you become accustomed.

Using the Sonicscape

Sonicscape immerses you in a world of ambient sounds, designed to help you relax, focus, or simply escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Here's how to dive in:

1. Launch the App
   Open the Sonicscape app on your device. The main interface will present you with a range of ambient soundscapes.
2. Explore the Soundscapes
   The app offers a variety of ambient tracks such as:
   • Rain: The soothing sound of rainfall.
   • Birds: The chirping of birds in a forest.
   • Ocean: Waves crashing on a beach.
   • Noise: White noise for concentration or masking other sounds.
   • Drone: A continuous ambient drone for deep focus.
3. Play a Soundscape
   Tap on the slider corresponding to the soundscape you wish to play. Slide it to adjust the volume to your preference. The soundscape will loop indefinitely, providing a continuous audio experience.
4. Mix and Match
   Sonicscape allows you to play multiple soundscapes simultaneously. Want to listen to the rain while the ocean waves crash in the background? Simply adjust the sliders for both soundscapes.
5. Global Controls
   At the bottom of the interface, you'll find global controls:
   • Play/Pause Button: This button toggles the playback of all active soundscapes. If you've multiple soundscapes playing, tapping this will pause or play all of them.
   • Shuffle Button: Tapping this will randomly adjust the volume sliders, giving you a fresh mix of soundscapes.
6. Resetting the Soundscapes
   If you've adjusted multiple sliders and want to start afresh, tap the "RESET" button. This will set all volume sliders to zero, effectively muting all soundscapes.
7. Adjusting the Master Volume
   For a quick volume adjustment without affecting the mix you've created, use your device's volume buttons.
8. Exiting the App
   If you wish to stop listening, simply slide all soundscapes to zero or close the app. Remember, the soundscapes will continue playing in the background if you navigate away without pausing or stopping them.
